Terms of Service
These terms cover publishing sites at *.oathloom.site and buying or connecting domains through OATHLOOM ("we"). By using them you agree to these terms and to the ICANN Registrants' Benefits and Responsibilities.
Free subdomains
Sites published to yourname.oathloom.site are hosted by us at no charge and show a small "Made with OATHLOOM" badge. Addresses are first come, first served. We may reclaim reserved, misleading or trademark-infringing names, and may remove sites that break these terms.
Domain registration
- Domains are registered through our accredited registrar partner on your behalf. You are the legal registrant: the contact details you provide must be accurate and kept current, as ICANN requires. You may receive a verification email from the registrar — you must confirm it within 15 days or the domain may be suspended.
- Free WHOIS privacy is enabled where the extension supports it.
- Prices are shown before checkout and include the first registration term. Renewal prices are shown and may differ from the first-year price.
- Registrations are final once completed. If registration fails after payment, we refund you automatically in full.
- Renewal: we remind you before expiry. Unrenewed domains expire and may be lost.
- Transfers: you may move your domain to another registrar after the 60-day transfer lock that applies to new registrations. Email us for the authorization code.
Connected domains
If you connect a domain you registered elsewhere, you keep full control of it at your registrar. We serve your OATHLOOM site and issue its SSL certificate while it points to us.
Acceptable use
No illegal content, malware, phishing, impersonation, spam, or content that exploits minors. We may suspend sites or domains used for abuse and will cooperate with registrar abuse requirements.
Liability
Service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
